We are in the process of switching out our current POS System for a more robust system that can handle our growing business. As we change our system there will be a few changes coming up in how rewards get redeemed. The new rewards program will make it easier to see your rewards and it will simplify the tracking and much more.
We have taken down all loyalty Rewards Sign ups from our website and will not be accepting anymore applications till we Go Live with our new system. Also, MonAlyssa is expanding mobile Gift Cards so that they are not only emailed also sent via text and digital GC that will appear on your phone. We have many more features and surprises planned with the change.
Why can’t I register for your new rewards program now?
If you are already a rewards member, your information will be transferred over to the new system. No need to sign up again. In fact, we have so many loyalty customers signed up that our back office staff will be busy inputting all the loyalty information to our new system. We hope to have our current data transferred by the first day we Go Live.
What will happen to the old loyalty rewards points from my account?
Our back office team will take all your points and put it on your loyalty Rewards card when we switch over. The card will work like a regular GC. Once we have switched the points we will email you and let you know. Our staff will be informed how to redeem your loyalty Rewards card. When you do use your old points, you must present the loyalty Rewards Card. The servers need your card as it will work as a GC and they need it present for redemption.
You can still redeem your birthday meal during your birthday month while we are updating everything. We know that for the past year our rewards program and POS system has not been working 100% to our satisfaction. We are confident that this new system and loyalty Rewards program will work much better for our wonderful, loyal customers.
