Loyalty Rewards Program FAQ

Q: How do I sign up for a Loyalty Card?
A: Customers use a tablet to check out at their table when they dine in the restaurant. The loyalty signup option is available during the customer checkout process at our restaurant location. Click yes and put in your email.
Q: How much does a Loyalty Card cost?
A: Nothing. Nada. Zip. Your card is 100% FREE.
Q: Will my Loyalty Card Expire?
A: No, there is no expiration date.
Q: How do I earn Loyalty Points?
A: You will receive one (1) Loyalty Point for every dollar spent on the delicious food from MonAlyssa Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria. Each point is $.10.
Q: When can I redeem my Points?
A: You can redeem your points as soon as you have achieved 250 Points.
Q: How do I redeem my Points?
A: At the time of paying your bill on the tablet will show you a loyalty redemption screen if you wish to redeem or save for later. It’s That Simple.
Q: My Points received did not match my receipt total?
A: Points are given on the subtotal amount before tax, tips, coupons, offers, & gratuity is added on the bill.
Q: How many points do I have?
A: On the bottom of your printed or digital receipts you should see how many points you currently have and how many you need to your next redemption. You will also get an email with this information every time you use your card.
Q: I didn’t get a card?
A: We no longer issue printed cards. Your card is electronic it can be saved on your I-phone or Android phone in your wallet. Your loyalty card is also attached to your credit card.
Q: My Credit Card didn’t link with my Loyalty Card?
A: Our system will email you asking you to confirm if you wish to link the credit card used to your loyalty card. Just hit accept. It’s that simple.
Q: What if I use Several Credit Cards to Pay?
A: That’s no Problem. Every time you use your email and a new credit card our system will email you a link to connect that credit card to your loyalty card.
Q: What happens if I lose my card?
A: Please see a member of management and they will gladly give you a new card.
Q: Do I earn point on Catering?
A: Yes, you will receive points on all onsite & offsite catering purchases.
Q: Will my Points expire if I don’t use them right away?
A: NO. Points never expire.
Q: Do I earn point on gift card purchases?
A: No. Gift Card purchases are not valid.
Q: Who Should I contact if I have problems with my Loyalty Card?
A: E-mail at MonAlyssa@MonAlyssaRestaurant.com in the subject line put MonAlyssa loyalty card.
Q: Do you still offer a Free birthday dinner?
A: Yes, we do. When you first sign up for the loyalty program you will get an email that asks if you wish to sign up to get a free birthday Entrée. Follow the link to set this up.
Q: When can I redeem my birthday dinner?
A: Your birthday dinner can be redeemed any time during your birthday month.
Q: It’s my birthday this month and I didn’t receive my Free Entrée?
A: As part of our new loyalty program, free birthday entrees will be handled the same way as redeeming loyalty points. We will stop emailing the birthday reminders soon.
Q: Can I sign up my spouse for the Free Birthday Entrée?
A: No, currently our system will only allow 1 birthday Entrée per loyalty email address.
Q: Can I Change the information I provided when I first registered?
A: Yes. Please email MonAlyssa@MonAlyssaRestaurant.com in the subject line put MonAlyssa loyalty card.
Q: Will all my purchases earn points, even when I use a coupon?
A: You will earn points after all discounts have been taken off.
Q: How do I find out how many loyalty Points I’ve earned?
A: The points are printed on your receipt after a purchase, or ask any MonAlyssa staff for your current total.
Q: Can I also use my Point Boro or Point Beach Tax Rebate card?
A: NO, sorry we only accept one card per transaction. The MonAlyssa Loyalty Card gives you back 10%. The tax rebate card only gives you 2.5% back. Using the loyalty card is a no-brainer!
Q: Can I redeem my loyalty card for cash?
A: Loyalty cards are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Besides, MonAlyssa is more delicious than dollar bills.
Q: What happens to my personal info when I join the program?
A: All personal information is safely stored. No personal info will ever be sold, nor given to a third party. We hate spam as much as you do!
